Went home for breakfast and almost keeled over from joy when I opened the fridge to find it, dare I say, FULL! I threw together everything I loved to create this masterpiece.
1 Multigrain pita flat bread (toasted)
1 Tablespoon sun dried tomato hummus
1/2 Mashed up avocado with salt and lemon juice
2 Fried eggs (if you’re a hungry girl like me) with salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Finished with hardy dashes of your favorite hot sauce and bring on the food coma!!(:
